How does an Atypix training session work?

Our sessions run live (online via Zoom or in-person) over 2 to 5 days depending on the certification. Each session is led by a certified trainer and includes case studies, mock exams and full access to the official course material.

Are sessions available online?

Yes, all our sessions are available live online (via Zoom) or in-person at our offices in Dakar and Cotonou. Content, duration and quality are strictly identical in both formats.

What is the average size of a training group?

We deliberately cap our sessions at 15 participants maximum to preserve interactivity, the quality of exchanges and personal attention from the trainer.

What is the difference between PMP and CAPM?

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is PMI's entry-level certification, ideal for beginners or junior profiles. PMP is for experienced professionals with 36+ months of experience. CAPM is an excellent stepping stone to PMP.

What are the prerequisites for PMP certification?

To take PMP you need a bachelor's degree + 36 months of project management experience, OR a high school diploma + 60 months of experience. In both cases, 35 hours of project management training are required, which we provide as part of our programme.

Are PMI and Scrum.org certifications recognised internationally?

Yes. PMI (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) and Scrum.org (PSM, PSPO, PAL-E) certifications are recognised worldwide and are reference standards in their respective fields, including in Africa, Europe and North America.

What happens if I don't pass the exam?

We offer free post-training support for participants who don't get their certification on the first try. This includes review sessions, additional mock exams and a trainer hotline.

How do I register for a training session?

You can register directly on our website via the Calendar or Certifications page. Alternative: contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone. A 50% deposit confirms your registration, with the balance due before training starts.

Can I postpone or cancel my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can postpone free of charge up to 7 working days before the session. For cancellations more than 14 days in advance, we refund in full. Between 14 and 7 days, a 12-month credit note is issued.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers, Wave, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, PayPal and credit cards (Visa / Mastercard). For companies, we offer invoicing with 30-day payment.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For individuals, we offer payment in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments. For companies, multi-session staggering is possible as part of an annual training plan.

Can I fund my training through my employer or a body?

Absolutely. We provide all the necessary documents (quote, detailed programme, proforma invoice, training agreement) to facilitate funding by your employer, an OPCO or a financing body.

What course materials are provided?

Each participant receives: the official PMI/Scrum.org manual (paper + digital), 12 months of access to our e-learning platform, unlimited mock exams, a revision kit, plus an official training certificate (35 PDUs for PMP).

What language are the sessions in?

Our sessions are mainly delivered in French, with bilingual French/English materials. Some sessions on demand can be entirely in English, particularly for corporate sessions.

Do you offer in-house corporate training?

Yes. Our sessions can be organised at your premises (West Africa, Europe) or remotely for your team. We tailor the content, case studies and examples to your industry.
