What is the PAL-E?
The PAL-E (Professional Agile Leadership Essentials) is Scrum.org's certification for managers and leaders. Agility does not succeed at the team level alone: it needs leadership that creates the conditions for success. The PAL-E validates understanding of the manager's role in an agile organisation.
It is the certification that speaks to decision-makers, where other Scrum certifications address teams.

Prerequisites
The PAL-E has no prerequisite: it is open to all. It is however aimed above all at people in management or leadership positions.
The PAL-E exam
The PAL-E exam is taken entirely online, with an 85% passing score, with no test centre to attend. Questions are mostly in English.
Like all Scrum.org certifications, it is for life.
How much does the PAL-E cost?
The cost includes the preparation training and the exam fee paid to Scrum.org. At Atypix, the training price depends on the country of enrolment:

How to prepare with Atypix
