Trainer, Facilitator and Coach (champ vide sur la fiche)

You share real field experience, in the classroom and online, and build with us, over the long term, a leading training and consulting offer in West Africa.

The role

Atypix is a consulting firm specializing in project management, organizational transformation, agility and technology. We support companies and institutions on their projects, and we train professionals for our partners' certifications: PMI, Scrum.org, PeopleCert, PECB and Management 3.0. Our offices are in Montréal, Dakar and Cotonou.

Your mission: deliver training, workshops and coaching that truly change how participants work, drawing on your field experience. We are looking for professionals who want to build with us over several years and grow with the firm.

You work with the training management team, other trainers and the sales team.

Train

  • Deliver certification and custom training, in the classroom and online.
  • Prepare participants for exams, in line with the rules of certification bodies.
  • Adapt examples to the participants' context: sector, country, level.

Facilitate and coach

  • Run group workshops: project scoping, retrospectives, problem solving.
  • Coach project managers, teams and managers individually.
  • Measure participants' progress and report to the client.

Design and improve

  • Design modules, case studies and exercises drawn from real situations.
  • Analyze participant evaluations and improve every session.
  • Help create new training and consulting offers.

Contribute to the firm's growth

  • Support the sales team: client meetings, proposals, webinars.
  • Share your expertise in our content: articles, videos, conferences.
  • Take part in consulting assignments, depending on your profile.

Our areas of expertise

  • Project, program and project management office: PMP, CAPM, PMI-PMOCP.
  • Agility and management: Scrum, Management 3.0.
  • IT service management and methods: ITIL, PRINCE2.
  • Information systems governance, audit and security: COBIT, CISA, CISSP, ISO standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Lean Six Sigma.
  • Other fields related to organizational transformation, depending on your experience.

  • Atypix materials, case studies and methods remain confidential and the property of the firm.
  • You follow the rules and code of ethics of the certification bodies.

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in the field you teach.
  • Valid certification in at least one of our areas of expertise.
  • Proven experience delivering adult training, in the classroom or online.
  • Trainer accreditation from the relevant body, or commitment to obtain it with our support.
  • Fluent spoken and written French.
  • Professional English: materials and exams are often in English.
  • Proficiency with online training tools: Teams, Zoom, online quizzes.
  • Professional coaching certification (a plus).
  • Experience in consulting assignments (a plus).
  • Ability to teach in several of our areas of expertise (a plus).
  • Experience working in several West African countries (a plus).

How the hiring process works

  1. Apply online

    Your resume, your salary expectation and a few questions about the role. You immediately receive the link to your assessment.

  2. A person checks the reading of your resume

    Your resume is compared with the criteria of the job; a recruiter checks every result.

  3. 100-minute online assessment

    A 60-minute job test, then a 40-minute questionnaire on how you work, in one or two sittings, within 7 days.

  4. Review of your application

    Every application is opened by a recruiter. No decision is automatic, and you can submit observations before any unfavorable answer.

  5. Interview and decision

    A structured interview and a short practical exercise with two people. Whatever the outcome, you can request your personal report, "My work profile".

Atypix is the data controller. Your resume is analyzed to compare it with the criteria of the job; a recruiter checks every result. We then offer you a job-specific test and a questionnaire about how you work, which assesses certain aspects of your personality, for a total of about 100 minutes, which can be done in two sittings within 7 days. Your answers are used to review your application, to prepare your onboarding if you are hired and, in pseudonymized form, to improve our tests and check that they are fair. They are accessible only to the people in charge of recruitment at Atypix and to our technical providers, and may be hosted or viewed outside your country under the conditions set by law. No decision is made automatically: every application is reviewed by a person, and you can submit your observations for 5 working days before any unfavorable decision. Your data is kept for 6 months after the final decision on your application, or for 24 months after your last activity if you agree to join our talent pool, renewable at your request.
