Quality in project management is measured using metrics and acceptance criteria based on project specifications. Project teams evaluate quality across six dimensions: Efficiency (deliverables and processes optimized to produce the greatest output with the least input), Sustainability (positive contribution to economic, social, and environmental outcomes), Compliance (alignment with regulatory requirements, relevant industry standards, and organizational standards), Resilience (ability to cope with unforeseen failures and recover quickly), Satisfaction (eliciting valuable feedback from customers/end users, including usability and user experience), and Uniformity (parity across similar outputs or workflows).
